Terms & Conditions

1.General

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by NexaTrade Oy Ltd (”NexaTrade”, ”we”, ”our” or ”us”).

NexaTrade Oy Ltd is a Finnish company specializing in engineering, consulting, project development and technical advisory services within renewable energy, energy storage, hydrogen technologies and energy infrastructure.

2. Scope of Services

Services are provided to business customers on the basis of individually negotiated agreements, project contracts, quotations, purchase orders or written confirmations.

The scope, deliverables, schedules and commercial terms are defined separately for each project or service engagement.

3.Business Customers

NexaTrade provides services exclusively to business customers, project developers, industrial clients, investors and other commercial organizations.

NexaTrade does not operate a public consumer webshop and does not offer services through automated consumer checkout systems.

4.Pricing and Payment

Pricing, payment schedules and payment methods are agreed individually between NexaTrade and the customer.

Invoices and recurring service payments shall be payable according to the agreed contractual terms.

5.Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all reports, analyses, calculations, designs, presentations and other deliverables remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

The customer receives the agreed rights of use as specified in the relevant agreement.

6.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential business, technical and commercial information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the other party.

7.Limitation of Liability

NexaTrade shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
